Sifam Tinsley Sigma Series DGL – Analog Panel Meters

The Sigma Series DGL series measures DC current or voltage, suitable for all DC systems. Scales are linear and customized to customer’s needs and specifications. For special high accuracy meters to better than 1 %, scales are hand marked and critically calibrated to achieve the desired accuracy. High currents are measured with separate shunts and suitably scaled indicators. Suppressed, center and offset zero models are available. Meter movement is spring-loaded and suspended between sapphire jewels with hardened steel pivots. The movement is critically shielded and dampened with silicon oil for smooth deflection without pointer vibration.

Scales are easily interchangeable for maximum scaling flexibility. The scale display area allows for the use of large, easy to read numerals and divisions. The Sigma Series DGL comply with DIN EN60051 (IEC51) requirements , with a standard accuracy of ±1.5% of full scale or better. The Sigma Series DGL is available as 48, 72, 96 and 144 mm sizes and is manufactured from self-extinguishing, polycarbonate.

Yokogawa 280 Series – Slim Edgewise Panel Meters

The 280 Series were designed to handle applications where panel space is at a premium. They can be mounted horizontally or vertically and meet ANSI C39.1. Unlike most edgewise meters, the 280 series provides an accuracy of ±2% of full scale in DC and ±3% for AC.

The thin element design still provides the maximum performance in the smallest of spaces. Available in 1 1/2″ to 3 1/2″ sizes for vertical or horizontal mounting. They can stand alone or be stacked in space-saving clusters. Built-in magnetic shielding prevents interference among meters and removes the burden of special calibration.

Yokogawa 185 Series – Edgewise Panel Meters

The 185 series of edgewise panel meters, are 2 1/2″ meters designed to handle applications where panel space is at a premium. The 185 series meters can be mounted in a horizontal or vertical orientation and can be flush mounted in space-saving clusters or with a bezel. They are accurate to within ±2% of full scale in DC and ±3% for AC. Unlike the 280 series, these meters have a thicker profile, providing a larger scaling area that translates into a higher resolution scale with large divisions and easily readable numerals. Special scaling and color swatches are possible for those applications that require complex scaling.

The Y Series (hour meters) of non-resettable Elapsed Time Meters is designed to monitor operating time, warranty periods and maintenance intervals on electrically-driven machines and devices. Examples are business machines, compressors, power drives, generators, battery operated vehicles, electric furnaces, refrigeration equipment, farm and industrial machinery. In many cases, the operating environment is quite harsh. The Y Series hour meters offer a high degree of protection against dust and moisture and wide operating temperature range. Yokogawa offers a complete line of panel devices which match the frequency of the power system. These 6 digit counters are available in a variety of sizes and accurately measure hours, 1/10ths of hours, minutes and 1/10ths of minutes. All 240 series elapsed time meters are available to operate on 120 or 240 volts AC and are recognized under the component program of Underwriters Laboratories. All non-reset units are weather resistant and may be ordered with 3 stud or 4 stud mounting. Reset or non-reset models are available.

Yokogawa Tough Meter 270 Series – Analog Panel Meters

The 270 series (Tough Meter), analog panel meters are designed to operate in harsh environments. The 2 1/2″ and 3 1/2″ size meters have gasket sealed bezels, terminals and zero regulators to ensure dust and moisture protection. The meter mechanisms have a long history of lasting durability and performance within specifications. Either pivot & jewel or taut-band suspension is available. This IP66 (NEMA 4X) rated meter is completely protected against dust ingress and protected against temporary flooding of water, e.g. for use on ship decks, corrosion-limited ingress permitted.
