The UP150 Programmable Temperature Controller (1/16 DIN size) is a compact, easy to program controller with ramp-soak capabilities. This single-loop controller has a one program pattern consisting of 16 segments and 2 event outputs, allowing it to control heating and cooling simultaneously.

The UP150 has four types of control modes: PID, ON / OFF, Ramp / Soak and Manual, as well as, up to 22 Alarm types adding versatility to your control needs. This powerful and affordable controller is available with Auto Tune and the "SUPER" overshoot suppression function to provide accurate control of your application. Optional external contact input, retransmission output and communication functions are available for greater communication flexibility.

The LL100 Parameter Setting Tool is a software package that enables you to set the functional configuration parameters (setup parameters) and operation parameters of a digital indicating controller and a program controller, as well as the program patterns of a program controller, on a PC. The tool lets you the followings:

  • Uploading, downloading and comparing the parameters in the controllers
  • Saving and reading the parameters stored on the storage media
