AFC Series

    Preen’s AFC Series is an economically priced AC power source to provide reliable voltage and frequency simulation for general applications, such as testing for home appliance, electronic, medical equipment, lighting and other fields of production or R&D. Utilized PWM switching technology, AFC provides high quality pure sine waveform with output level up to 2,000kVA. The AC source is coupled with output voltage range of 5~300V and output frequency of 47~63Hz, 50/60Hz fixed. User can select optional frequency output of 2 or 4 times standard frequency and 400Hz.

    Applications: Home appliance testing General test applications such as home appliance, electronic, medical equipment, and lighting.

AFV/APF Series

    The AFV/APF is a series of programmable AC power source that can be remote controlled and integrated with other systems for easier operation. Applications include home appliance, electronic, medical equipment, lighting, and etc. With better accuracy and faster response time, the AFV/APF series offers greater advantage for R&D and compliance tests. Utilized PWM switching technology, AFV/APF provides high quality pure sine waveform with output level up to 2,000kVA. The AC source is coupled with output voltage range of 0~300V and output frequency of standard 45~65Hz or optional 45~500Hz. Users can select communication interfaces of RS-485, RS-232, and optional GPIB. The AFV/APF series also have programming sequence functions of STEP and GRADUAL modes, three phase independent control, and soft start for optional choices.

PWF Series AC Power Source

    Preen’s PWF series is a family of programmable AC power source with wide range of adjustable frequency, developed for aerospace or military’s 400Hz and 800Hz test applications, such as lab use, compliance test, and quality assurance. The PWF series consists of L series and M series, which have different output frequency range. L series provides 45~500Hz and 0~300V output, and M series provides 300~800Hz and 0-150V output. Users can select communication interfaces of RS-485, RS-232, and optional GPIB. The PWF series also have programming sequence functions of STEP and GRADUAL modes, three phase independent control, phase angle control, and disturbance function.

PFV AC Power Source

    The PFV series is the latest programmable AC power source with four-quadrant regenerative function to return energy back to the grid. With power level up to 200kVA, Preen’s PFV series provides output voltage range of 0~300V and output frequency of 45~65Hz. Users can select communication interfaces of standard RS-485 and RS-232 and optional GPIB, LAN, and USB. The PFV series also have programming sequence functions of STEP and GRADUAL modes, three phase independent control, phase angle control, disturbance function and regenerative function.

ADS Series

    The ADS Series is a high power DC power supply with robust circuit design and high stability. It is suitable for inductive type loads and aerospace or military applications, such as motor equipment, production testing, maintenance & repair, generators, aircraft engines, laboratories and etc. ADS provides high quality DC source with output level up to180kW and 1500A, and has overload capability up to 300%. Users can select between two output voltage: 28V ± 10% or 270V ± 10%, which is suitable for aerospace applications. ADS also can be mounted on trailer to increase its mobility.

    Applications: suitable for inductive type loads and aerospace or military applications, such as motor equipment, production testing, maintenance & repair, generators, aircraft engines, laboratories and more.

    Utilizing PWM switching technology, Preen’s ADC series DC power supply has high power density, short response time, high accuracy and well-around protection. It has been widely adopted in prod production line, burn-in test, laboratories and integrated system. Featuring a straightforward user interface, the ADC Series has advantages of modular design with compact size and light weight. It has three models of 2kW, 4kW and 8kW unit, and can be paralleled up to 64kW with 19 inches cabinet. ADG Series

    Preen’s ADG series is a programmable DC power supply with high power density and high output power, offering great response time, high accuracy and many output voltage and current combinations. With output power up to 100kW per unit, the ADG series offers output voltage up to 1600V and output current up to 2000A. Users can select standard RS-485 interface or optional RS-232 and GPIB. The STEP and GRADUAL modes allow easy setup on test sequence and depending on CV/CC settings and load conditions, ADG series can operate as a current or voltage source. Its remote sensing feature can effectively reduce voltage drop caused by cable length and provides more flexibility on installation.

APS Regenerative AC E-Load

    The PEL Series is an AC electronic load with regenerative function. Traditional resistive AC loads transfer the energy to heat and dissipate. PEL not only transfers energy back to the grid and reduces the energy consumption, but also provides more accurate control and measurement for load simulation. PEL employs the most advanced PWM rectification (active rectification) technology with four-quadrant operation and digital signal processor technology (DSP). It not only can simulate different load characteristics including resistance and inductive type, but also can feed energy back to the grid, which lowers energy consumption and improves carbon dioxide emissions.

    Applications: Burn-in tests, production line and laboratory applications to replace the traditional resistive type AC load bank.

    Preen’s APS series of solid state voltage regulators boast high precision and short response time. Using electronic compensation design topology, the APS series can detect fluctuation on input voltage and compensate to provide pure and stable voltage. The APS series has single-phase and three-phase models with power level up to 300kVA and input voltage range of ± 18% or ± 25% optional.
