	Monarch Instrument Digital Stroboscopes Today, with the increased sophistication of production technologies and emphasis on quality control, Stroboscopes must perform to a new standard. The Nova-Strobe DB Plus, PB and PALM Strobe are CE certified and include N.I.S.T. Certificates of Calibration. Palm Strobe also has a patented design and unique features. 	Digital Nova-Strobes (DB) and Nova Strobes (PB) Nova-Strobe DB Plus and PB for battery operation. DA Plus for AC operation (115 or 230 Vac).
