• Production Department -Pickering Office - Assembler

Position Available:
Shipper / Receiver
Pickering Location

Pickering location (Hwy. 401 / Brock Rd. area) requires a full time Shipper / Receiver in a fast paced, multi-task ISO environment.
A strong team-oriented individual to perform the following duties:

• Perform tasks associated with the receipt, stocking and shipment of product / material.
• Adhere to basic housekeeping standards, safe operating procedures (PPE, etc…) and basic building maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, up to 70lbs occasionally.
• Detail oriented and organized to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Able to meet deadlines and production requirements.
• Possess superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Able to follow instruction and work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and willing to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to operate a pallet-jack, hand cart, basic hand tools.
• Computer Literate.
• Customer service oriented.
• Professional in appearance, attitude and actions.

Previous experience in an electronic production environment would be an asset.

HOURS: 8:30 – 5

Position Available:
Electronic Assembler
Pickering Location

Pickering location (Hwy. 401 / Brock Rd. area) requires a full time employee for light production assembly in a fast paced, multi-task ISO environment.

A strong team-oriented individual with the following skills:

• Previous light manufacturing experience, including soldering and fine assembly.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work neatly with very small fragile parts.

Qualifications:

• Computer Literate (preferred).
• Experience with electronic test and measuring equipment (preferred).
• Previous assembly / soldering experience with small delicate parts assembly (preferred).
• Previous electronic assembly with basic electrical knowledge (preferred, but not required).
• Neat and organized: able to maintain a clean workstation and process orders with consistent quality.

The successful candidate will work in a small close knit production group, assembling analog panel meters. Previous experience in an electronic production environment and/or with electrical display instruments would be an asset.

HOURS: 8:00 – 4:30
