The OQ610 temperature logger is suitable for a wide range of temperature recording applications in industry, research and development. It is available as a standalone temperature logger or as part of a complete system for through process monitoring in the food and paint industries

These cases are virtually unbreakable, watertight, dustproof, chemical resistant and corrosion proof. They are made of Ultra High Impact structural copolymer that makes them extremely strong and durable. They include an exclusive 6.4mm neoprene o-ring and ABS latches to seal perfectly and include an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure.These cases are NATO codified and tested to MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), IP-67 (Ingress Protection) and ATA (Air Transportation Association) and carry the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty. Thermal barrier specification
The performance of a thermal barrier is measured in terms of the exposure time at a particular temperature for a given maximum internal temperature. The performance is closely related to the barrier’s insulation thickness. The table below indicates the allowable exposure time (in minutes) of temperatures for the standard (thermal barrier models assuming a maximum internal temperature of 70°C).

Thermal barriers are insulated containers designed to keep heat out so that the Squirrel data logger inside remains at a safe operation temperature for a specified duration. Grant offers a wide range of thermal barriers with different time/temperature specifications.

General Overview
PaintView is an easy-to-use software package designed for exclusive use in the paint and finishing industry and is included free with every OQ610 temperature logger. It enables easy setup of the logger and automatic download of data from the logger into a meaningful measure of paint cure. For advanced paint cure calculations, it can also provide rapid interpretation of results. PaintView also gives the additional benefits of graphically analyzing historical and on-line data, along with advanced reporting. PaintView can be easily set-up in the minimum amount of time and with the least amount of hassle. With regular usage it can pin-point any uneven temperatures within the stove process. This will improve the quality of your process, so that fewer faults occur, and helps to avoid costly re-work in the future.

General Overview
SquirrelView Plus has all the features of SquirrelView with the additional benefits of allowing graphical analysis of historical and on-line data, whilst providing advanced reporting options. SquirrelView Plus allows quick and easily analysis of the Squirrel data in a familiar Explorer navigation-style interface. Data can be displayed with two different auto scaling Y-axes ? essential for displaying widely varying data from different sensors on one graph. Particular data of interest can be zoomed into whilst an on-screen cursor can pick out exact values. Data can be shown in a statistical summary with set high and low alarm thresholds. The powerful calculation function allows the creation of “virtual” new channels from existing channels e.g. value from channel 1 added to the average of 10 readings from channel 2 etc.
